Return Eligibility
You can return products within 7 days of delivery if:
- Product is damaged, defective, or not as described
- Wrong product was delivered
- Product is unused and in original packaging with tags intact
- All accessories, freebies, and invoices are included
Non-Returnable Items
- Products marked as "Non-Returnable" on product page
- Personal care items and cosmetics (unless defective/damaged)
- Products with tampered or missing serial numbers
- Used or damaged products due to customer mishandling
How to Return
- Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of delivery
- Provide order number and reason for return
- Our team will schedule a pickup (free for eligible returns)
- Pack the product securely with all accessories and invoice
- Hand over the package to our courier partner
Refund Process
Once we receive and verify your return, refunds will be processed as follows:
- Online Payment: Refund to original payment method within 5-7 business days
- Cash on Delivery: Bank transfer within 7-10 business days (bank details required)
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exchange Policy
We currently don't offer direct exchanges. If you want a different product, please return the current one and place a new order.
Cancellation Policy
