Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Metro cities receive orders faster (3-5 days) while remote areas may take up to 7 day

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹499. Orders below ₹499 have a flat shipping charge of ₹49.

We ship to all states and union territories across India. However, some remote areas may have longer delivery times. Enter your PIN code at checkout to check serviceability.

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery date, please contact our support team. We'll track your package and resolve the issue promptly.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. Products must be unused, in original packaging with tags intact. Contact us within 7 days to initiate a return.

Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number and reason for return. We'll schedule a free pickup. Pack the product with all accessories and invoice, then hand it to our courier partner.

Once we receive and verify your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days for online payments and 7-10 days for COD orders (via bank transfer).

We currently don't offer direct exchanges. You can return the product and place a new order for the item you want.
